Whilst searching for Waldo in each of the three scenes as part of the metapuzzles, we find that instead, he has given us three segments of a drawing that he made.
Once the drawing is pieced together, we see that every puzzle is represented once in the drawing. In addition, the part of the drawing representing that puzzle each contains a number. At this point, we need to combine all of the clues we obtained previously. We notice that the 26 puzzles each start with a different letter, providing an ordering on all the answers.
